Project Scope: Provided M/E/P design and commissioning services for lab expansion.

  • Provided HVAC system redesign, partial offloading of the existing system, and re-balanced all distribution to meet code standards.

  • ​Commissioning scope included detailed inspection and technical assistance during construction phasing, testing and optimization of the final product.

  • Construction assistance included development of temporary control strategies to allow system operation, both new and existing, during the construction phasing.

Results: IBC Engineering has completed more than 150 projects for the University of Rochester of various sizes and scopes.
