University of Rochester – Golisano Pediatric Behavioral Health Building

Project Scope: Provide Full M/E/P/FP design services for a new 36,000 square foot facility to assist the growing needs of pediatric behavioral health and wellness.

• New high-efficiency Condensing Hot Water Boiler plant – sized for future expansion
• Performed life cycle cost analysis to guide U/R on HVAC system selection
• Designed HVAC systems with acoustical considerations for patient privacy and comfort within their individual and group therapy rooms
• New LED lighting throughout

Results: IBC teamed with the University of Rochester to provide an energy efficient and welcoming facility to the local community.
