Project Scope: Provided M/E/P/FP design services for large scale dining hall expansion.

  • Implemented multi-zone HVAC system with integrated demand control ventilation and low-volume, low-velocity kitchen ventilation

  • ​Added domestic hot and cold water distribution

  • Expanded the power systems, network lighting and daylight control systems

  • Improved telecommunications system to enable digital menus and monitors

Results: Project achieved LEED Silver Certification, exceeding New York State Energy Code requirements by 20%.
