Client: Rochester Institute of Technology

Location: Rochester, NY

Project Scope: Provided M/E/P/FP design services through construction of Campus West Side Master Plan.

  • Renovation of existing structures 

  • ​New construction of two 3-story, 30,000 SF dormitory buildings, known as Global Way, and a 5-story 128,000 SF mixed use facility known as Global Village

  • Awarded a $124,742 NYSERDA incentive

Results: Project achieved a 24.7% increase in energy performance over code and earned LEED Gold Certification.
