Client: Noyes Memorial Hospital

Location: Dansville, NY

The Cancer Center project consisted of a 2,500 SF renovation, as well as a 4,500 SF addition to the Radiation Oncology Clinic. A new Linear Accelerator Vault, five new chemotherapy/infusion bays, and three exam rooms were created.

Results:

• Upgrades to central HVAC systems to serve renovated areas of construction
• New HVAC system to serve the new Linear Accelerator Vault, designed to be conditioned with a precision environmental control unit
• New electrical service for the Linear Accelerator to back feed existing MOB
• LED lighting systems throughout
