Project Scope: Provided engineering study to to improve building energy efficiency and meet community needs.

• Studied lighting design for large vehicle storage lots 

• Selected 315-watt ceramic metal halide fixture with improved color-rendering index and control system

• Designed lighting system to reduce levels with automatic lighting controls at 10 PM each day

Results: IBC aided Northtown in the submission of a variance solution to the town, which satisfied the town and exceeded the expectations of the dealership. Annual savings for the dealership amounted to $25,000.
