M&T Bank Prototype

Client: M&T Bank

Location: Buffalo, NY

Project Scope: Provided M/E/P/FP engineering design services for construction of M&T Bank’s new 9,000 SF branch in Southgate Plaza.

  • First prototype to establish design criteria for all future branches to achieve maximum energy efficiency

  • ​Implemented packaged HVAC system with variable-air-volume units and perimeter fin radiation

  • Added water conserving plumbing fixtures

  • Exterior lighting systems with ceramic metal halide and LED laming technologies

Results: This project achieved LEED Silver Certification.
