Client: Lockport City School District

Location: Lockport, NY

Project Scope: IBC Engineering, P.C. provided M/E/P/FP engineering services for a $20-million Capital Improvement Project.

• Replaced all building HVAC systems serving classrooms

• ​Added electronic building management system for temperature control

• Updated all plumbing infrastructure including water services, back-flow prevention, domestic water heating, storage plants and piping system

• Provided all electrical system upgrades to all school spaces including parking, walkway and building entrance lighting
• Installed new fiber backbone cabling, Ethernet network switch, horizontal outlet cabling and smart classroom equipment
• Upgraded security system with addition of district-wide access control, video surveillance and intrusion detection

Results: Renovations and additions were completed on schedule and within budget.
