Project Scope: Provide Full M/E/P/FP design services for phased (11) Operating Room Renovations.

• (11) Operating Room Renovations – Phased to minimize downtime to maximum (2) Operating Rooms at a time
• (1) New state of the art Hybrid Operating Room
• Replacement of 40 year Air Handling Unit – Designed to be replaced over one long weekend
• Conversion of steam reheat to hot water to decrease maintenance
• Increased air changes in all Operating Rooms from 15 to minimum 20

Results: IBC worked closely with Highland Hospital to upgrade their vintage operating rooms to current standards of patient care and surgical needs.
