Project Scope: Provide M/E/P/FP engineering services on an as-needed-basis to support the stabilization effort for the National Historic Landmark built in 1870.

• Upgraded electrical and mechanical infrastructure

• Provided complete security site lighting design for building and the surrounding perimeter

Results: IBC Engineering provided engineering support services through 2010 for the ongoing stabilization efforts of the buildings and grounds.
