Project Scope: Provided full M/E/P/FP design services for hospital Master Plan.

• Upgraded all existing facilities infrastructure

• Created new emergency in-patient spaces with full systems upgrades

• Dual generators were designed to provide emergency power and redundancy​

• Provided hospital wide fire protection upgrades
• Combined services in a central plant location

Results: IBC helped Finger Lakes Health design a more energy efficient, easy to maintain facility to better support their patients.
