Electric Tower

Client: Iskalo Development Corporation

Location: Buffalo, NY

Project Scope: Provided M/E/P/FP services for the renovation of an iconic 14 story tower.

• All building infrastructure was replaced

• New heating and cooling plants were added

• Upgraded existing domestic water system

• Replaced electrical power distribution

• Implemented entirely new fire alarms, sprinkler systems and the installation of a Thermal Energy Storage System

Results: Electric Tower received the ACEC Platinum Award.
