Project Scope: Provided M/E/P/FP services for the renovation of this 5,000 SF project to convert the space into a state-of-the-art orchestra hall.

  • Replaced all stage lighting

  • Added a computerized shell for sound control and better acoustics

  • Implemented mechanics and hydrolics to the orchestra pit

  • Installed backstage communications equipment

Results: Eastman Theater earned a Community Service Award for the University of Rochester and Eastman School of Music, as well as a major feature in the Real Estate & Construction Review in 2007.
