Project Scope: Provided M/E/P/FP design and commissioning services for orthopedic inpatient wing renovation.

• Design incorporated energy efficient heat recovery functions as well as variable frequency drives on equipment and LED light fixtures.

• ​Upgraded medical air and vacuum system and a new nurse call system.

Results: Community General Hospital was able to achieve a more energy efficient building suitable to their patient needs.
