IBC Engineering is proud to announce their recent State University Construction Fund renovation project at SUNY Buffalo State, Caudell Hall, achieved LEED Silver Certification and has been awarded a Business First Brick-by-Brick Award for “Best Collegiate” category.

Culinary and dietetics labs had food service hoods controlled through Demand Controlled Ventilation systems with makeup air units and exhaust fans.
Electrical systems design included connecting basement main distribution panel to each floor for loads, as well as each UDS for powering of food service equipment.
Data infrastructure distributed from two locations in the building to required outlets in compliance with TIA EIA standards.
Plumbing system provides utilities to all fixtures in the building and food service equipment utilizing the UDS system.
