Location: Orchard Park, NY

Project Scope: Provided engineering study and design for a 23,000 SF ISO 8 clean room assembly area within this aerospace manufacturing facility.

• Study criteria included ASHRAE requirements, particulate levels, pressurization gradients, and temperature and humidity stability​​​

• Small air-handling equipment was added to improve heating and cooling capacity

• High-efficiency remote condensing units were added to roof​

• Placement of equipment allowed cutover and re-feed of existing ductwork distribution​​​

• Temperature control was interfaced to the existing DDC building management system

Results: The project was completed within budget and on schedule, with no unscheduled production interruptions in the clean room space.
