Project Scope: IBC provided engineering services for HVAC Capital Improvement Projects district-wide.

• Conducted forensic engineering study to determine system upgrade needs

• ​Removed 100 BHP steam plant and converted to an 800 BHP hot water plant

• Replaced 29 air handling systems ​district-wide

• Three domestic water heating plants were installed
• Converted H&V System to Central Station VAV with 185 Ton Air Cooled Chiller for Middle School

Results: The project continues with the four phased approach for implementation.
