Project Scope: Provided full M/E/P/FP services for the $2 million, 130,000 SF renovation of the largest indoor banquet and convention facility in Buffalo.

• Design for replacement of the entire M/E/P infrastructure

• Added four kitchen hood exhaust systems, new underslab plumbing system and power distribution

• Upgraded fire protection system

• Electrical work involved the reconstruction of soft lit areas over sidewalks, a new 2-sided video board marquee and site lighting security.

Results: IBC Engineering helped successfully deliver the client’s desired energy efficient outcome.
