Project Scope: After conducting a full infrastructure evaluation, IBC provided full M/E/P/FP services for renovation of this 1870 building to included an additional health and wellness space.​

• Completely refinished pool area with new lighting 

• Modified boiler systems with new HVAC design to accommodate hot and cold water,

• Provided new heating, air conditioning and ventilation equipment

• Updated building management system with new controls

• ​Building mounted exterior lighting was included for parking lot illumination

• Redesigned CCTV and telecommunications systems

Results: The project was completed on schedule and within budget. It met the needs of the client, while maintaining the buildings historic character.
