Incorporated in 1996, IBC Engineering PC serves clients across New York State and the Northeast. We are a M/E/P consulting firm, offering Traditional Engineering and Specialized Services in the Design and Construction Industry.
Our team of professionals has experience with all types of design and construction projects. IBC has delivered agency managed, Owner direct, and privately funded projects; as well as design‐build and LEED™ certified projects.
Our mission is to provide innovative design solutions for our Clients. We take pride in working with stakeholders and making good project decisions, that consider Owner objectives, architectural goals, code requirements, energy efficiency, life cycle and maintenance, budget, schedule, aesthetics, etc.
