IBC Engineering, P.C. provided the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection engineering services for this 175,000 square foot nine-story mixed use facility incorporating both office and hotel space. IBC established design standards including LEED processes required to attain a LEED Certifiable project. Through the LEED process, IBC Engineering was able to secure a $400,000 Energy Grant from NYSERDA.
