IBC has completed the study and D.O.E. modeling phase for LEED Platinum Level which included high performance glazing, reducing HVAC loading, daylight harvesting achieved from an adjacent 4-story atrium and indirect task lighting using photocell technology. HVAC design included energy recovery on hydronic and air side systems. Water conservation incorporated rain harvesting, waterless urinals and low flow fixtures.
