IBC Engineering P.C. completed the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection Construction Documents for a 38 floor, 1,344,000 square foot, 1200 room, luxury hotel. The project included seven floors of back of house support spaces totaling 300,000 square feet including Training Rooms, Banquet/Meeting Rooms, Training Kitchens, Specialty Kitchens, Specialty Restaurants, Night Clubs, Fitness/Spa Center and Commercial Laundry. Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing systems included all central systems, air purification systems and gray water systems.
