IBC Engineering provided D.O.E. modeling and established design standards including
LEED processes required to attain a LEED Certifiable project.
IBC Engineering participated in the LEED design process including: project definition and
establishment of applicable design criteria; materials evaluation and selection; architectural
interface and design criteria conformance assessment; detailed HVAC design; specifications and
construction methods and computer modeling of physical structure and systems for energy
performance using DOE software.
