Seneca Place on the Commons, Ithaca, NY
The project consists of a 175,000 square foot nine-story mixed use facility incorporating both office and hotel space. The hotels are a franchise Hilton Garden, including a pool, spa, fitness area and a commercial kitchen. Four floors of office areas were specifically designed space leased by Cornell University. First floor and basement areas include restaurants, retail space and conference areas. The commercial kitchen totals approximately 3,000 square feet and services two (2) banquet facilities, a restaurant and a pub.
