Rochester Institute of Technology, Campus Housing, Rochester, NY
IBC Engineering has worked with the University of Rochester since its inception in 1996. We have completed a wide variety of projects throughout the campus. At Hutchinson Hall IBC designed modifications to the NMR and Mass Spectrometer Research Space, the Laminar Flow Hood Laboratory, the Monolayer Laboratory, the Confocal Microscope Room, the Plasma Mass Spectrometer Laboratory and the Laser Lab Room #220. Our work included the Master plan for Electric and Plumbing upgrades.
This project included the construction of 35 new apartment buildings and 6 fraternity houses over 3 phases. We extended the existing campus 12,470 volt distribution system, fiber optic data communications, copper voice backbone and video backbone to all buildings. IBC Engineering designed medium voltage primary distribution and protection
