Locust Hill Country Club, Henrietta, NY The project included a complete renovation of all levels of the clubhouse. The three-story loggia addition provided a spectacular private dining room and lounge on the top two stories, as well as an expansion to the pro shop on the ground floor. A new kitchen and modifications to all of the mechanical systems were provided in response to both building code and operational requirements. The existing tennis courts were resurfaced and two new platform tennis courts were installed. The existing pool building was doubled in size. Also included was a lounge area that serves as a warm waiting area for the platform tennis courts.
This project received the 1998 beautification award from the Town of Henrietta and was named "Project of the Year" by the Construction Specifications Institute for the 1998 construction season.
