The Electric Tower, Buffalo, NY
The developer project consists of complete MEP & FP renovations of a 1912 vintage, 14 story terra-cotta building. The project included the complete removal/replacement of all MEP & FP systems. The main infrastructure design included replacement boiler plant, ice storage chilled water plant, main electrical service replacement including building distribution systems, complete plumbing systems including water heating and domestic booster systems. Additional to the main infrastructure project, floor build-out design that included office space and more specifically 30,000 square feet space for the Office of General Services including correctional services, labor management offices, agriculture and market offices, and the office of Department of State.
